Thalli Badrinath is the Founder and Managing Partner of Toucreek, where he leads the firm's vision, strategy, and client relationships. With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology and professional services, Thalli has built a career helping organizations drive customer success through large-scale technology transformation.
Thalli began his career at Accenture in the Communications and High Tech practice before spending the majority of his career at Cisco Systems, where he held leadership roles within the Services organization supporting global service providers. He later served as Professional Services Lead for the Supervision and Compliance business at Proofpoint, working with enterprises navigating complex regulatory and security requirements.
Thalli holds degrees from the University of Chicago and Kansas State University. At Toucreek, he focuses on building trusted partnerships with clients while guiding the company's growth and innovation in networking and professional services.
Eri Ohkubo serves as Managing Partner and Financial Controller at Toucreek, bringing deep expertise in accounting, finance, and cross-border operations.
Eri began her accounting career in the United States, advising Japanese companies on U.S. accounting and financial matters. She went on to lead cross-border client support initiatives, working closely with organizations operating between Japan and the United States. She has also supported U.S. startups by helping them establish day-to-day operations and providing practical accounting and financial guidance. Her experience includes senior leadership roles overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls for multinational organizations.
In her role at Toucreek, Eri is responsible for leading the company's financial function and managing day-to-day operations. Her expanded scope strengthens Toucreek's operational foundation and enables the company to scale efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service for clients.
